DaFoe Wines / Attic Salt Wine Co. a small, family owned winery, creating hand crafted wines with minimal intervention. Producer of Grenache Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Albariño, and Grenache Blanc.

Working with well farmed grapes is always our first intention and Santa Barbara County offers a beautifully diverse group of areas and micro climates to choose from. As this region evolves, we continue to look for new and exciting vineyards and small production sites that work in harmony with our beloved Santa Barbara County soils and temps. We are proud to work with many talented people from our specialize farming outfits in the Santa Ynez Valley area.
