Introducing The Victor, the newest restaurant in Santa Ynez.  Inspired by our location in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley, our offerings focus on live fire, land, and sea.

Each dish is made with fresh, seasonal ingredients from California’s central coast. Enjoy the live fire component attributed to our use of a Josper Oven and a traditional Santa Maria Grill to smoke, roast, and grill.
